Usage:
ZP is a new generation product by our factory, and this machine is a single-press,
automatic-rotation continuous tablet extruder. It can press all kinds of
normal (or abnormal) shaped tablets out of granular materials. It is mainly used
in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries,
characteristics.
  
Features:
1) It is fitted with an all-closed housing made of stainless steel to meet the
requirements specified in GMP standard
2) It is provided with a transparent glass window, convenient in clear
observation of the machine working and easy to be opened for internal
cleaning and maintenance
3) It is suitable for the production of normal  (or abnormal and ring) shaped
tablets, and special adaptability to multiple products in small quantities
with characteristic of high pressure, large range of the tablet diameter
4) It is equipped with a pressure overload protection system to prevent any
damage to the machine
5) It is adopted an oil immersion transmission system sealed in the machine
body for the extension of its service life and prevention of any cross
pollution possible
6) All of the control unit and the adjustment unit are on side of the machine,
and easier for operating
