It is suitable for producing the coating products, such as: paper, aluminum- plating film, OPP, PET, kraft paper, transferring film etc.    

Function characteristics:

1. It adopts the adjust-synchronization of the traction roller, veins roller and the big speed-adjusted roller of AIMOSEN efficiency- exchanged made in AMEERICA. And it has the advantages as: accurate, sensitive, anti-jamming, etc. 2. Veins roller adopts the coating method of companioned scraper  knife, so there are several exchanged methods of veins roller using for coating.

3. Movable device of scraper knife.

4. Infrared heat-up drying system is made up of five independent hot pipes of constant temperature and stainless steel. The system adopts the adjusted device of recycled exhaust, with strong wind and clear drying.

5. The inner roller of Oven is running synchronized with main shaft.

6. Veins roller and traction press-roller adopt control of electromagnetism valve.

7. Meter-count automatically device.
